Privacy Policy

What we collect
The emails and documents you send us (certificates of insurance, vendor lists, signed W-9 forms), your contact details, and the replies we receive from insurance agents and vendors on your behalf. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
Only to provide the service: reading documents, tracking expiration dates, sending renewal and W-9 requests you've asked for, and preparing your reports and worksheets. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Tax ID numbers
Taxpayer identification numbers are masked (last 4 digits only) in every report we produce. Please never type a full SSN or EIN into an email body.
Who we share it with
The insurance agents and vendors we contact for you, and the service providers we rely on to run the service (email, hosting, payments), only as needed. We'll disclose information if the law requires it.
Retention
We keep your documents while your account is active and delete them within 90 days after you cancel, unless the law requires longer. Ask us any time to delete your data.
Anyone we email can reply STOP and we won't email them again.
