Your vendors' insurance and W-9s, tracked and chased for you.
Send us the certificates of insurance you already have, straight from your phone. We read every policy line, show you what's expired or close to it, and ask the vendor's insurance agent for the renewal. No new software for you or your subs.
No card, no account. Photos or PDFs both work.
How it works
Send your COIs
Email PDFs, or snap a photo of each certificate and attach it. We read the insured, carriers, policy numbers, coverage types and expiration dates.Get a clear status report
A one-page PDF: what's current, what's expired, what expires within 30 days, and anything we couldn't read clearly, flagged for a person to check. We request renewals
When a policy is within 30 days of expiring, we email the agent listed on the certificate for an updated one, and follow up weekly until it's on file.Founding customer price
For our first 10 customers, about half off while we're new:
- COI chasing: $25/month for your first 12 months (regular $49/month)
- W-9 + 1099 pack: $15 (regular $29)
In return, we'll ask for an honest review after your first month and permission to quote it. Say what you really think; the price doesn't depend on what you write or whether it's positive. Any review we quote will say you got founding pricing. After the first 10 customers, regular prices apply.

What we don't do
- We don't review endorsements (additional insured, waiver of subrogation) or your contract requirements. We check the certificate itself: dates, carriers, policy numbers.
- We don't file 1099s or give tax, legal or insurance advice. Your bookkeeper or CPA reviews and files.
- We never ask for SSNs or EINs in an email body.
Questions
Is this a person or software?
It's an automated service. Software does the reading and the reminders, and anything unclear is flagged for review rather than guessed.
Do my subs need an account?
No. Their agents just reply with a PDF.
Can I use my phone?
Yes. Take a clear, flat, well-lit photo of each certificate and email it. PDFs from the agent read most accurately; photos are always double-checked.
